[단독] 양도세 실거주 공제 10억대로 제한
정부가 집을 판 1주택자의 양도소득세에 대한 장기보유특별공제(장특공제) 제도를 전면 개편하기로 했다. 매각 주택을 장기 보유한 경우 세금 대상액을 최고 40% 깎아주던 ‘보유 기간’ 공제를 이르면 2028년부터 폐지하고, 이를 ‘거주 기간’만 고려하는 제도로 바꿀 계획이다. 또 전체 공제액을 10억원대로 제한해, 고가 주택 공제 혜택을 축소할 방침이다.
