Everyday Revolutionary War heroes take center stage in Trump's 'Spirit of '76' exhibit
The Caesar Rodney statue and 22 other installations at Freedom Plaza honor common, everyday Revolutionary War heroes as part of America's 250th anniversary under President Trump.
