In an advisory released Saturday, the city government listed roads and bridges that will be sealed off in anticipation of traffic jams and public demonstrations during the president’s annual address.

Vehicles coming from P. Casal Street intending to use Mendiola Street shall turn left on San Rafael Street, straight to Bilibid Viejo Street, then turn right on S. H.

Muñoz Street to point of destination. Vehicles coming from San Marcelino Street intending to use Ayala Bridge shall turn right on Ayala Boulevard, then turn right on Taft Avenue to point of destination or shall go straight to San Marcelino Street, then turn left on U. N.

Avenue to point of destination. Vehicles coming from Ayala Boulevard (eastbound lane) intending to use Ayala Bridge shall turn right on San Marcelino Street to point of destination. Vehicles coming from Carlos Palanca Street intending to use Ayala Bridge shall turn left on P.

Burgos Avenue intending to use Magallanes Drive are advised to drive straight to either Jones, MacArthur, or Quezon bridges to the point of destination. On the other hand, all vehicles along MacArthur and Quezon Bridges are urged to reroute in the provided routes as follows: Vehicles coming from Plaza Sta.

Cruz intending to use the southbound lane of MacArthur Bridge shall turn right on Dasmariñas Street, turn left on Juan Luna Street, turn left on Plaza Cervantes to Jones Bridge to point of destination. Vehicles coming from A. Mendoza Street intending to use the southbound lane of Quezon Boulevard (Quezon Bridge) shall turn right on Fugoso Street, turn left on Tomas Mapua Street to C.

M. Recto Avenue to the point of destination. Vehicles coming from España Boulevard intending to use the southbound lane of Quezon Boulevard (Quezon Bridge) shall turn left on Nicanor Reyes Street to C.
