It is presumed that a vehicle has driven into the Tiergarten here, has struck and injured several people," said the German police."The injured are currently being treated by rescue personnel," it added, while stating that they're conducting an "intensive manhunt for suspects." They did not say how many people had been injured.

In the aftermath, Berlin police called off the LGBTQ+ pride parade.Police also called on everyone in a post on X to leave the premises of the event immediately.Thousands of people had come to Berlin to celebrate the pride parade, known in Germany as Christopher Street Day.
